About this program

Elevated Applications Group ("EAG") sends operational text messages to the security agents and personnel it contracts: shift scheduling confirmations and changes, onboarding instructions and document requests, hours-submission reminders, and time-sensitive operational updates. Messages go only to people who have an active contracting or employment relationship with EAG. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we never share or sell mobile numbers.

How a person opts in

Consent is collected on the EAG agent onboarding form at https://ops.elevatedapps.group/onboarding. That page is reached only through a personal invite link EAG sends after a hiring conversation, so it is not publicly browsable; the exact step is reproduced below. On the "Personal Information" step, directly under the Mobile Phone field, the applicant sees an unchecked checkbox with the following disclosure. Checking it is optional and is not required to complete onboarding.
